I had the most magical night that wouldn't have been possible without Sara and the rest of the team at Spring St Events. The staff on the night were amazing and attentive. The set up was beautiful even without any additional decoration. The food was stunning and plentiful - my guests with dietary restrictions were really happy with the alternative options. I knew the venue was amazing but it was magical when lit by candlelight. Everyone had an amazing time and it's a night I'll remember fondly forever. It was everything I wanted my 30th to be and more - thank you so much. I'll be recommending Spring Street Events to anyone who will listen. Thank you Sara for bearing with me!

I was inundated with complements about the quality of the food and service, as we all reflected on an occasion that will live with us for a long time: “those oysters were the best I’ve ever tasted”, “that whipped cod roe was delicious”, “I can’t believe how superb the meal was”, “the staff and their service was so impressive” “the staff anticipated our needs and knew exactly how to look after us” “the staff did an absolutely phenomenal job”. My one regret is that I didn’t properly thank the staff on the evening, which is what they deserved. So much was going on, we needed to vacate the space, and I realised the next morning that I hadn’t taken the time to relay my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to them in real time. Could you be sure to pass this on to each of them? Thankyou again for making the evening such a success. I had been planning and saving for the occasion for about 2 years, not to mention it being the first time so many of my US based friends had been to Australia.
