I am so grateful to the staff who presented a flawless evening. The food was impeccable, with service to match. Hi Amy, I hope you are well! I assume you may be getting a little more of a break soon with the bulk of the wedding season dying down! I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU from Ben and I to yourself and the team at The Supper Club and Siglo for wonderful job on our wedding day. We went into this wedding knowing that we didn't want a 'traditional' wedding venue. We've been to too many weddings where we have felt that we were in a 'conference' style venue rather one of a style and tone where 'we would normally go and enjoy ourselves'. Ideally we wanted a restaurant and we loved that Siglo and The Supper Club was that - plus more and with experience in weddings. At the end of the day, we wanted something that felt 'like us'. The venue was simply stunning and was just what we had imagined. I loved that we got to make use of both upstairs and downstairs - both areas were fantastic and gave our guests a change of scene. We've had many guests comment on the food including our vegetarian guests who felt well looked after on the day. A special thanks as well for accommodating an additional guest on the day! And another special thanks for assisting us with name cards on the day - taking a job off our family and friends helped put them at ease so they could enjoy the day. Although we didn't initially have a lunch wedding in mind - we loved this idea and we've had many people comment on how much they enjoyed it. Weddings last one day - but an early start...with Ben and I continuing well into the night!...meant that we felt like we had really made the most of it! Thanks so much again. Hi Jess, I just wanted to let you know we were thrilled with Recoleta on Friday night. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was incredible. The cake was divine- I couldn't get over how beautiful it was, and it tasted absolutely delicious. The stars of the night were definitely your staff. They were incredibly attentive, so friendly and warm, and so on the ball. Incredibly impressive. Amanda, particularly, had everything under control. She followed up the outdating setting list she was given, and made sure everyone was seated in the correct place. Hello Sara! Thanks for your email and patience, we've been eating and drinking our way through regional and rural Victoria. Thank you so much, and for being a warm and patient absolute professional in the planning phase and particularly when I started to fray at the edges in the lead up! We and our guests had the absolute best time. The food was incredible, the wait staff hit just the right balance and were so sweet with us and our guests, all the beverages spot on. I keep saying I want to do it all again and acttually enjoy all the food and beverages as a guest! One thing I regret is not being able able speak to the chef and kitchen staff and thank them personally for their delicious work and the care they took with additional requests like the fruit platters. We are just so chuffed with the way everything turned out and our interstate guests were treated to some of Melbourne's finest. Can you please extend our thanks to them, and let me know their names as when we are next down we will pop into Butcher's Diner and thank them personally. Paul recalls seeing you and waving on the day, my sincere apologies if I did not, I was fairly overwhelmed by the torrential downpour (we actually got stuck in the building we were in as the foyer flooded - total debacle!), being later than we had planned, not being able to take pictures as planned, not even sure I had my dress on right and my friend had to put my veil on as I almost forgot it 😅 All of this was very entertaining by the time we got to SC and saw everyone with a glass in hand, and all the stress started melting away instantly! Thank you once again to each and every person who was working that day who helped make it the sheer delight it was. We loved every second. Thanks for the receipts - it looks like the cocktails were a hit! Thank you once again for all your efforts and catering to a really broad range of requests. It really was a most excellent and memorable day.

Hi Sara The wedding was BEYOND, it was SO INCREDIBLE, I am still blown away almost a week later. It was MAGICAL!!! It was seriously amazing 🙂 everything came together so well, the flowers in the venues were perfect. The food was amazing, so many people love love loved it. The beverages were so great too. That cheese table was WAY beyond my expectations, I am still dreaming about it!(and eating it lol) The staff were sooooo lovely as well and I know that Ngoc found it very easy to work with them. The whole night was a dream. I know also that the guests had the most brilliant time. Everyone was so happy. It was all just beyond perfect. I am more than happy to share photos with you.
